About Julie

I'm an integrative counsellor supporting adults through grief, baby loss, anxiety and low self-worth. My approach is gentle, client-led and grounded in the belief that healing begins with being heard, without pressure, without judgement.I hold a level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and bring years of experience working with adults in both private and charitable settings.
My Background in Human Resources and strategic charity leadership also shapes how I hold space: with care and clarity and deep respect for each person's story.I work online and in person from Petts Wood/Orpington (BR5), offering a calm, confidential space for yo to explore what matters most, whether your navigating loss, rebuilding self-worth, or simply seeking a place to pause and reflect.
My practice is rooted in values of inclusivity, autonomy and sustainability. I honour each client's pace and identity, and I believe in systems that support, not overwhelm healing. I also carry a quiet ritual of daily running, which reminds me that movement can be both grounding and transformative. It's a rhythm that informs how I walk alongside others: steady, present and open to change.
