Grief Counselling — gentle support when loss feels overwhelming
Grief can arrive suddenly or slowly, in waves or in quiet moments you didn’t expect. Grief counselling offers a calm, confidential space to understand what’s happening inside you — the emotions, the triggers, the memories that feel too much to hold alone. Whether your loss is recent or something you’ve carried for years, we work gently and at your pace, exploring what you need to feel steadier and more supported.
I offer online sessions and a 20‑minute introductory call, giving you space to talk about what’s coming up for you and to see whether working together feels right. What I offer:
You do not need to explain or justify your grief here. Your grief is welcome as it is. And so are you.
