• Payment confirmations (no card details stored on this site)

• Legal basis: contract.

Website and cookies data

• IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookie identifiers

• Why: to operate the website and improve performance.

How I store and protect your data
Physical records

• Personal Information Sheet and Counselling Agreement stored in a locked cabinet.

Electronic records

• Contact details stored on a password‑protected smartphone and laptop.

• Clinical Will stored securely online and password‑protected.

Clinical notes

• Client logs use initials only.

• Process/session notes are coded and pseudonymised.

I use password protection, secure storage and limit access to what is necessary for clinical care.

How long I keep your data
Retention periods follow professional body and insurance requirements.
If you would like details for a specific record type, please contact me.

Who I share data with

• Clinical supervision: anonymised/pseudonymised material only.

• Emergency/legal situations: only if required by law or to prevent serious harm.

• Service providers: booking platforms, email providers (minimum data shared).
